The program blocks your computer on Startup, shows a background image and opens it only when you entered your password in arrows. The program also allows you to take screenshot easily and put it on your computers background so it will be a nice protection agains others. The Program is available only for special requests. You can read ReadMe.txt file or watch the image that explains how to use the program.
